As a freelance Full-Stack Software Engineer, I provide custom software development, web applications, API integrations, and related technical consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for the services rendered, the intellectual property rights for the developed source code and deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. I reserve the right to showcase the completed work in my portfolio.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of my services or any code I deliver.
