Refund Policy

1. General Overview
Because the services provided involve custom software development, consulting, and digital goods, my refund policy is structured to ensure fairness to both the client and the developer.
2. Milestone Payments
Most projects are broken down into milestones. Once a milestone is completed, delivered, and approved by you, the payment for that specific milestone is strictly non-refundable. The time and resources dedicated to development cannot be recovered once work is complete.
3. Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel a project before its completion, you will not be billed for any future, unstarted milestones. However, any upfront deposits or payments for milestones that have already been started or completed are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy will only be made if I am unable to complete the agreed-upon work due to unforeseen circumstances on my end. In such cases, a partial or full refund for incomplete work may be issued.
